Many Problems With Streamyx (Malaysia Network Provider)

Time flying fast, look back the last post already is in May! Now is August, 3 month gone....... Lack to update my blog because of moving house at place i study, and face some problems in Streamyx line transfer! From first apply transfer, then cancel the transfer because of problems in new unit force me and my friends have to delay 1 month to live in!

One month pass, then face will bill problems again, because of address and i didn't receive any bill and it make TM was block my account until the customer services phone to inform me!! LOL~~ When the bill settle, then turn the new students package i apply need wait the conductor install to me! First time conductor come after check, and said my location maximum only available for 2mbps, but i apply for 4mbps!

Maybe know some reader from foreign country will laugh about it, 4mbps also not available??? The answer is yes in Malaysia, majority placer in Malaysia maximum only support 1mbps! Suck..... My friend working in Japan ever show me his 100mbps speed, i am jealous bout it! CRY~~~~

Continue to the bother, conductor ask me go back TM to downgrade the speed and wait he come back install again!! Every time i go TM must find same person who i passing my apply foam for, and she already know me from my case because meet her few time! Finally i was done everything, the conductor came my new unit install the new students package for me, now just left for me to waiting the mini netbook free in students package delivery to me!

Conclusion is, transfer and apply new package was waste me one and half month, TM should improve it, if not from that advertisement show how fast TM work to customer it just a joke for all Streamyx user!!!!
